Television	Classic sitcoms, Laverne & Shirley, Brady Bunch, All in the Family, The A-Team, Differen't Strokes, all the stuff I grew up with. I still laugh myself silly when I watch Looney Tunes and old Sesame Street re-runs. LOL. But I do like the newer stuff too. Seinfeld, Fraser, The Simpsons, Family Guy, CSI, Whatever keeps my interest basically. I LOVE British comedy. "Are You Being Served" anyone?
Books	Gosh, way too many to mention. Currently reading "Jesus of Nazareth", by Pope Benedict XVI. I pretty much have a library in my house. It all depends on my mood. I read pretty much anything that manages to peak my interest!

About me:
Hi there! I'm just a typical country boy who was raised on the farm, but moved to the city when I was a teenager. I still miss the country a lot. You can take the boy out of the country, but not the country out of the boy! Also like to sing, and am a member of my Parish choir. I'm really not very good at these things-LOL! Anyway, I enjoy Nascar, aviation, reading, and pretty much anything to do with my music interests. I like to keep myself occupied as much as possible... You've probably noticed that I have some rather ummm, shall we say different tastes in music for a guy my age, but there's a good reason for that. I personally find 90% of today's music to be nothing more than commercialized bullshit. Anyway, I'm also a deeply spiritual person who sees the good and evil in everything, and tries to see the person inside, not the person the world wants them to be... I'm somewhat shy and reserved, but I've been told I can really have deep, intelligent conversations with people. And if there's one thing I've learned from this journey we call life, it's that we can't change the past... We can learn from it, but we can't change what's come and gone. My teenage years are pretty much a blur at this point--it's not really a part of my life I like to talk about. You have to learn to forgive and forget I guess. I also dislike those who are quick to judge someone before getting to know the person inside--we're all unique and all have talents and gifts to share with the world. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder! Oh, I guess I should also mention that I'm ONLY here for friends/networking and keeping in touch with family. I'm NOT here looking for dating/relationships/hook-ups/flings/love, or whatever. If that's what you intend to add me for, then keep on truckin' cause I gave up that quest a long time ago!
