The County Times covers most of Powys, Mid Wales, and is on the shelves every Friday.

Who I'd like to meet: Anyone who lives in Powys who has anything to contribute, be it local bands who want some coverage, gig listings or concert dates, anyone with a story for the paper or events they want us to publicise...remember, it's your paper, and if we don't know about it then we can't help...get in touch, use this site to meet like-minded people or publicise events. Greetings all! Please note that the jam sessions in Rhayader remain at The Cornhill Inn but are now being held every TUESDAY. The pub has a new Landlord (Steve) who will give a warm welcome to ALL musicians - BTW... the beer's pretty darn good too! The pub will be closed for refurbishment for a couple of weeks in February so anyone making a journey should telephone the pub first for confirmation on (01597) 810029.
