OK, an actual bio thingy. Where does one actually start with this sort of thing? For me it started at a very young age. I grew up in Iowa and my parents had friends that we'd visit on the weekends. They had a piano there that I would sit at for hours and just pound on. I'm quite sure that this was quite irritating for most that were unfortunately subject to this very early form of abuse from me, but I have to say that this is where it all started. I find all types of musical instruments very interesting. A few years later, I asked for a guitar for christmas. Well, I got one, sort of. It was this little plastic accoustic guitar, that I busted the hell out of. Again probably making a very obnoxious noise. I think that that guitar eventually ended up smashed to bits, as I had seen done on television by one band or another. I guess that it's good that I didn't find any lighter fluid to do it up ala'jimi', I might have just burned the house down with that little number. Through the years I had always been a huge fan of all kinds of music, and well, art in general as a form of expression. I'd picked up a guitar at a pawn shop (which I still have), and between helping bands, booking clubs, and all sorts of other adventures in between I started to form some musical ideas in my head that have built up over a period of time. Through heartaches, and the avalanches that I have experienced in my life, I've found a way to express some of that. The songs that you see hear...... (Yeah that's a stupid pun.), are part of the person that I have become in these years. I like to think of them as children in a way, that grow in time, and sometimes have multiple meanings.
