Courtney Collins is a musician/songwriter/chanteuse from Madison, Wisconsin, who released her first solo CD "Violet Night" on Maypole Records. A mix of indie pop, rock, lounge, and electronica, the CD was recorded in Minneapolis with Jeremy Ylvisaker (Alpha Consumer, Andrew Bird, Dosh, Eyedea, Fog) and Andrew Thomas (AT/DT, Hockey Night) and features members of Andrew Bird's band, Fog, Happy Apple, Tarlton, and the Fantastic Merlins. She's also a former member of the electronirock band Voltress, and used to be in the band Arena Venus.
Her song "Don't Forget" was featured on Magnet magazine's CD sampler in January 2007.

Saw the short film of Chad re-enacting the film up for Best Picture&was estactic to see mini-me Vinyl Chad in it! More of a surprise was the credits! I hope you had a nice Valentine's weekend with Aaron! : ) I e-mailed Aaron a few days ago to tell him about joining Twitter (an instant blogging site) and Im sure he'd have LOTS of followers as Chad Vader being so sucessful. :) I watched the latest Chad Vader video "Chad after Dentist". So made me laugh after had seeing the "David after Dentist" a few days earlier. How funny was that, too! ;-D Great timing on Chad Vader's spoof on it.
Thank you again for the T-shirt! What a pleasant surprise & so plan to wear it as one of my choice t-shirts to Comic Con San Diego @ the end of July! :) Must show my support of Chad Vader! :) Hope you can plan to make it there this year.
