  • Heroes

    My mother, she has been through so much and has not given up. She has raised me by herself since I was 11 and I don't think she could have done any better. She is the strongest willed person I know. I love her.
    My grandparents, they are the essence of finding true love. They met at Big Bear when my grandmother was 18 and my grandfather was 19, they went on one date. He went back to Chicago and she went back to Pasadena. He wrote her all the time. They were married 5 days before my grandmother turned 20. They now have been married 65 years and are still going strong. It's beautiful.
    Peggy Jones, she has opened my eyes into new ways of photography. She is truly and inspiring professor/ photographer. She is the most encouraging person when it comes to trying new things in the photography world, and her guidance is amazing.
    Alexandra McIntosh, the closest family friend we have. She has fought for my well being for a good part of my life.
