Cove Red is made up of Yinky & Rach - Two friends who absolutely dig singing/playing, and meeting new people from random places/building friendships.
The two met while volunteering for an event back in 2007, but never really got to know each other until late 2008 when Rach engaged Yinky to help her with some music projects.
Through various collaborations and time spent together, the two realized they shared the common dream/vision of busking and bringing their music and stories to various groups of people.
With Yinky's extensive musical background and Rach's singing experience, it made perfect sense to join forces and work on the burning passion in their hearts together. Thus, in Jan 2009, Cove Red came into being.
Ever since the birth of Cove Red, it's been crazy busy for the two gung-ho girls who happily and willingly took on the challenge of reaching different audiences.
It's been a thoroughly insane but amazing ride so far.
Cove Red looks forward to creating more great memories and taking in new experiences in the days/months/years to come.
