The Magician is the male power of creation, creation by willpower and desire. In that ancient sense, it is the ability to make things so just by speaking them aloud. Reflecting this is the fact that the Magician is represented by Mercury. He represents the gift of tongues, a smooth talker, a salesman. Also clever with the slight of hand and a medicine man - either a real doctor or someone trying to sell you snake oil.
About me: The Coven of the Wolves is a coven from the RavenMyst Circle, Inc., a Wiccan teaching tradition with covens in Michigan, Arizona, and New York. We are located in the Maricopa/Pinal County area of Arizona. Our coven's focus is centered around the concepts of family, life-long learning, and establishing and maintaining a healthy and loving relationship with Spirit in all His/Her manifestations.
As you may have gathered from our coven's focus, we have a strong emphasis on family. Like wolves, the members of the coven focus on forging lasting bonds of mutual respect with an emphasis on raising our young with the necessary skills for becoming healthy, happy, functional adults with positive relationships with Spirit as they see Him/Her/It. We respect and honor the concepts of loyalty, integrity and personal and communal spiritual growth.
As part of our commitment to our continuing spiritual growth, we actively pursue volunteer charitable activities in our community, and we seek to facilitate acceptance for Contemporary Paganism in all its forms and incarnations within the local interfaith movement.

Who I'd like to meet: The Coven of the Wolves is always interested in meeting other like-minded people of any religious faith that is accepting of religious diversity. We feel we have a lot to learn from everyone, regardless of their beliefs or creed.
We would especially love to hear from other Pagan families who are raising their children in their faith. With the incredible lack of resources out there for Pagan parents, we need all the support and networking we can get!
