Okay, so Friday night I heard this band, Days of Wild, and they had TWO bass players (alternating) AND they each had really long bass solos. They were laying down the FUNK.
Thanks so much for posting that stuff, Mark, Cherie, whoever. I am kind of glad I could not make it as I most certainly would have made a fool of myself. I was woo hooing alone in my bedroom watching the youtube shtuff to the dismay of my bookish roommate. xo, Suzanne
