This Time Down is seeking a new guitarist to round out it's lineup. If you are reading this Ad and you are a guitarist and you'd like to talk to the band about playing with us please make sure that you have a site up either on MySpace or elsewhere so that we can not only see pics of you but can hear exactly what you can do on your instrument. If you do not have a website, we would request that you send both pics of yourself either in a live situation or in a band photo and soundbites of music you've recorded. We are looking for someone in their mid-twenties to mid-thirties that is hungry, can play his ass off, can groove, has a great look, can write catchy riffs, can sing backups strongly, can solo if need be, has a great/positive/can-do/team player attitude, has reliable transportation, has a job, has pro gear, lives close to New Haven or doesn't mind driving a little to get there to practice one to two times per week and is as good live as he is in the studio. So if you feel like you've got what it takes drop us a line and we'll go from there. No egos, no substance abuse problems, no alcohol problems. We're not looking to waste our time any more and want the right player with the right attitude to become an integral member of this band. Think you can handle it? hey saw you guys at toads with the nerds, you guys put on a great show, would have better if more people would get into it, but it is what it is, they were all there to see the nerds which is understandable, and the other band that went after you that was putting me to sleep, the instruments were good but the singers balls need to drop sometime soon, he sounds like every other band, anyways i've been pretty busy but i finally got to listen to the cd i bought and it's amazing, i'm deffinitely going to be going to another show when i can, and i'll bring some people with me that'll get into it.
our sixth cd "the kids are alright" is being released in CT on NOV. 28 at the EL-N-GEE in NEW LONDON (ALL AGES) and in MASS on DEC. 5 at LONDON BILLIARDS in WORCESTER (18+)!!!!
i saw you guys at side street and you guys where awesome. the first band was good but not as loud as you guys. i got home last night and my ears where ringing all night and all this morning so it deffinetly was a good night. im looking foward to seeing you guys again in the future
i gotta say you guys are my favorite up-coming band! i saw you guys at the toads with the misfits and just wow you guys play great awesome energy im deffinately buying your cd! Keep kicking ass!!!!!!!
