In the beginning of my music I loved James Taylor, Gordon Lightfoot, Dan Fogelberg, and still do, but now there are so many Great Christian Singers and bands out there, that I do not know where to start, but in my CD right now is Casting Crowns, Mercy Me, Third Day, Stephen Curtis Chapman, Amy Grant, and on and on...............
Born and raised in Parkersburg West (By God) Virginia. Started playing music at the age of 9, taught to play and sing by my Mother, Wilma Sims (Cook). Played various kinds of music until 1990, and then started playing Country Music. Built a Band called "Hired Guns", and then "Ghost Dance", and had pretty decent success. Became the opening act for such greats as Charlie Daniels, Ty Herndon, Michael Peterson, Pirates of the Mississippi, Dan Seals, and more. Secured a recording contract in 2000, that went out the window, with an album complete, and a video done. So goes the Music business. Found the Lord Jesus Christ a few years ago, and have only recently been writing and recording original Christian Music. What a difference it is to sing for the Lord. He blesses me in so many ways that I don't deserve...
I also want to thank the Lord for sending me the most beautiful, and wonderful woman in the world about 12 years ago. That is my wife Bonnie. She has stood beside me throughout and my love for her continues to grow with each passing year. I love you honey.

A TALK WITH FATHER GOD
Child, I have a concern. You hold thoughts about yourself that are unworthy of Me. Here are My words for you.
I created you. You are wonderfully made. Yes, I know you would have preferred to look like….or have the brains of….or the business intuition of…but I am the One who wove you together, and I am pleased with my design. (Ps: 139:14)
I love you. I saw you from the cross and My Love for you held Me through mockery and crucifixion. Without any guarantee that you would choose Me, I chose to carry your sins in the hope that one day you might choose to believe. (John 10:11)
I forgive you. Of course I know your past! But I cast your sins as far as the east is from the West. I have forgiven them all. (Ps. 103:11-12)
I have plans for you. And they are not small. My plans are to bless you and prosper you.. You have a hope and a future in Me. (Jer. 29: 11-13)
Always remember my child. I consider You worthy of My Sons very life.
