Coyote Love is the brainchild of performer/producer Hank Wagner. A native New Yorker, Hank grew up on the Upper-West Side with a mix of 70’s Rock, Salsa, Disco, Reggae and (later) Hip-Hop blasting daily from his sister’s stereo and from their neighbors’ windows. With influences spanning from Muddy Waters to Medieval Choral music to Southern Rock, Parliament/P-Funk, Bob Marley and Led Zeppelin, Coyote Love breaks the bond of conventional market niches and formulas. Songs about one’s girlfriend take the back seat to phat beats, burning guitar and harmonica licks and Hank’s active philosophy of booty-shaking rock with a message.
