We are sad to announce that Crackers Nightclub is closing it's doors...
Over 23 years the venue has welcomed clubbers and music lovers alike, no matter what the genre you were sure to find something interesting happening with us.
We've made many, many friends over this time and they have become more like extended family to us, we wish them all the best in there lives and hope to see you all at some point in the future.
Thank you for all the support you have shown us!
We have decided to leave this page up for now, if you feel like leaving any kind comments or just memories you have of the club please post.
An end of an era, but we look on to what the future brings...
You all gave me such wonderful opportunities, I had some really wonderful times at Crackers and I wouldn't have met my Ian if Crackers didn't exist!
I just want to say a huge thankyou for letting me start up my photography portfolio in there, for treating me like one of the family and for being an all round great bunch!
This sucks, its been my metal home for years, many gig attended, many rock nights, many units of alcahol consumed and many a sore neck developed there, from the old days with lee when i was 16 till nowdays of 25, Crackers will be missed!
Thanks for letting us know Steve!!!! I guess we know now anyway! And we at Toadstool are very sad at the news. Thanks for looking after us and letting us come once a month for the last 4 years!!! xxx
An end of an era!... The only place that played the sorta music i liked.. If i'd have known you were closing i'd have got out this weekend!.. How come ya decided to close!.. Good luck for any new ventures you have... Crackers will be missed by anyone who likes decent rock/metal and alternative music!

Shocked and gutted that Crackers has closed down :( Had so many amazing Saturday nights over the years, and saw many decent gigs there too.
Thanks for providing Gloucester with a rock/metal night for so long - really sad that you've closed down and wish we'd known Saturday so we'd drank more and danced more and let our last night out there really go out with a bang. Going to have to find a new hang out on a Saturday night now!
All the best to the Crackers staff and a big, big thank you too. xxx
