About The Craft

The Craft was built upon the ashes of 2004 battle of the band winners Carpathian Breed.With new members,new songs and a new name this was definitely a completly different band than its predecessor.Marc Laffoley, who has been songwriter since day one, met Robert Wilson whilst working at matalan and always talked about music until one day he asked Rob to join the band as guitarist and then long time friend John Burchall came in as bassist,The Craft wasnt quite completed. The Next step was to find a drummer,which wasnt going to be easy as most of the good drummers was already in a band and to teach a new person to drum frm scratch would of taken too long.The day came when Marc,Rob and John went into Sandringham school to do a music teaching scheme for pupils in their own bands when they noticed a talented drummer called Chris Geraghty and after speaking to him, he said he would love to join The Craft and so from then on The Craft was truly born.

Since then The Craft have played numerous gigs in and around Hertfordshire and London as well as a charity event which saw The Pioneer reopen after a lengthy spell.The Craft have also since recorded their brand new EP and things are looking promising for the future....
