What am I looking for? Friends...that is where all good things start with trust, respect and love. I do love everyone but, there are days when I want everyone to go away...lol...that seems to just be life. With that said...if you send me a friend request just because I am friends with one or more of your friends and I accept and you do not speak to me in any way shape or form then you will be deleted as quickly as I accepted your friendship! I just let 31 people go off my friends list (12/18/09) for just that reason...so if you friend request me and you don't want to get to know me more then I will be saying goodbye to you...be sure you want to get to know me and you aren't just sending me a request so you can have the same friends as your other friends!!!
I'm a pretty laid back person for the most part; until someone gets me riled up...blue moons don't come around very often though.
I have been out to my family since I came out to myself when I was 24 years old in the United States Army...that went over like a lead balloon. My family was fine with it though...well most of them! I have no children...off and on through life I have thought about it though. After 5 years of being committed to one woman we made it official and a year and a half later I found out she had been with her new gf for 2 1/2 years...how stupid can one be...lmao....love is blind sometimes...I bring this up because I am NOT a cheater...never have been and never will be! I have been very picky since then (1999) which is why I am still single. I am pretty old fashioned; some would even say naive but I don't believe in dating more than one person at a time. I am gentle, passionate, compassionate, a hopeless romantic, karmic, tender hearted (on my sleeve) and naturalistically spiritual! Yeah I know I totally made up my own word there!! I just mean to say on that last part that the *world* is my church! I am not political at all but I know who I don't want to be in office!

But I have yet to watch any of these shows this year except for The L Word once by accident. Have spent more time on the computer and outdoors than anything else...and making jewelry!!

Koontz(almost as twisted as King), Robin Cook(Medical Mystery/Horror), Nicholas Sparks;I liked all of the ones that I have read so far, Belva Plain, Maeve Binchy, Spiritual Books, Nature Books and some Biography/Autobiographies.Don Miguel Ruiz has written many books...most deal with the spirtual plane on one level or another...most of them are interesting, F. The biggest heroes of my life were my Aunt Pat...she was my Dad's sister, and my Grandma Ruby...my Mom's Mother. They were my mentors, friends, and I strive to be the person that they were!!! They will always be a part of me and I can feel them with me when I am having rough days to help soothe me!! Love you...miss you!!! RIP
