"Craig Gore’s vocals are eerily similar to Dave Olney, one of my favorite laid back singer-songwriters. His music has an acoustic singer-songwriter feel with a hint of rock underpinning. This is definitely worth checking out. "

"Now, I must admit, “Bourbon Cigarettes” is really my kind of tune. Gore gives the listener a good bar song that is somewhat country and only a bit folk. hi cg, howzit going? its been awhile since i've seen you. i'm afraid this aweful weather has kept me 'snowbound' (even without the snow! lol). miss your tunes and your smile!
Craig, I still enjoy listening to this album. Well recorded, for sure, but your intensely commited singing keeps it all real. I like to paly it for other clients who come in for mastering sessions. It's an awesome illustration about how simplifying the process yeilds amazing results. Checked out Wildflowers and Heartbraker albums yoou suggested. Now they're new references for me!
Anyway, best of luck to you, my friend, and I wish you all the success, recognition, and hilarious, medically hazardous social encounters that musicans often withness.
Cheers!
