Cranberry Coast Concerts is an annual music festival happening in the Cape Cod region of Massachusetts. Concerts take place in Onset, Wareham and Buzzards Bay, MA. Featured artists for 2009 include duo pianists Kirk Whipple & Marilyn Morales, pianist Chris Brown, French opera star Adeline Azzaro, tenor Steven King, soprano Linda Westgate, tenor Mike Duarte, alto Yvonne Montgomery, bassist Joe Williams and drummer Brian Montgomery. A special "Weekend in Vegas" will include "Mr. Showmanship: Walter Whipple as Lee Liberace," dueling pianists Van & Cristina Walraven, and flamenco dance artist Cristina Masdueño. 2 Pianos/8 Hands quartet "Two Plus Two" present an American premier performance. Audiences at the end of the season will enjoy The Unconservatory Festival Orchestra and a special jazz concert.
Activities for children include two weeks of Music Camp at Onset Creative Arts Association in Onset as well as free "informances" at the Wareham Free Library on several Wednesdays @ 1:00 p.m. throughout the summer.
