Influenceswhere to begin and so far to go..........so much good music to listen to or hear again. So apart from the musicians that I represent, as I couldn't do so if I didn't enjoy the songs they create, I have personal tastes that range from Jimmie Spheeris, Tim Buckley, Nick Drake, Jackson Browne, Tom Jans & Danny O'Keefe through to Gun (the 60's trio), Procol Harum (with Robin Trower), The Monkees, NRBQ, Jellyfish, Tool & Flaming Lips and so many more in between that in trying to type this it seems a good idea to have an "album of the week" that I am playing at home......
Sounds Like Karl Broadie.. BUY KARL BROADIE SONGS HERE!

The Like-Minded Felons

Sep 12 2007 1:18 PM

Thanks for being a friend of the Like-Minded Felons.

Rest assured we'll be back with more shows before the end of the year. We may even bring a cowbell.

Tamworth debut on the horizon too.

Please post a comment back with what you'd consider a reasonable rider for a band such as ourselves...on any given night.

Yours sincerely
Le Felon de K
The Falls

Sep 4 2007 2:59 PM

Hey Guys,

We are hoping you can help us...

The Falls have been short listed for a chance to perform at the "Sound Of Music Festival" alongside bands such as 1990's, The Devoted Few, Belles Will Ring and the Seabellies.

In order to make it on the festival they are holding a show at the Spectrum in a few weeks to decide the final band - but to get on the gig at spectrum we need as many people to send a message to the festival's myspace page. So please help us by dropping them a message.

1. Visit www.myspace.com/soundofmusicfestival

2. Send them a MESSAGE with THE FALLS as the SUBJECT, saying that you "think The Falls should play at the Spectrum and open the Sound of Music Festival!"

That is all.... so easy!

Thanks for your help,
Simon + Melinda + Dave + Mal + Pat + Gerard

Hey Skip - congratulations to you and the big fella on the CMA Global Artist award. Very well deserved. I read the article from the US paper Helen posted on ragepage. It's excellent. The only thing it omitted was that AH had an AWESOME manager. Love ya work!
