Crank:Radio is the product of a creative restlessness shared between four musicians, all writers. Our Style is eclectic but we accomplish a sound by allowing every song to be shaped by the creative talents of every member in the band. Because everyone in the band writes and sings, we're able to really work together in manipulating the feeling of a song. We try not to be too formatted, but when you hear a Crank:Radio Song, hopefully you'll be able to point it out.

The new stuff is f ing great, fellas. Derek really let it fly on gravity. On protest song, I think Poole turned into an actual jamaican. Tyler did in the dark and Importico did when i cry, right? Good rock songs, man. You guys are gonna be pop-rock superstars.
If we could somehow convince myspace to not advertise damn dominos pizza in the middle of the songs then maybe just maybe we could enjoy a full peice of music from beginning to end. Other than that absolutely atrocious annoyance, I just had a great time. Keep it up, gang.
Cool. If you wanted a better quality recording you could step up to a firewire preamp and two condenser mics. The whole set up would run you 120 for the preamp and 99 for the pair of condenser mics. It's already on my christmas list. lol. the names are the Inspire 1394 and a Mxl 990/991 kit. If you get the Mxls at guitarcenter online, they'll throw in another preamp for FREE. thats like another 70 bucks if you got it alone. If you need to do any cab recording like for guitar you can borrow my shure SM57. It's really clean for electrics.
