Auckland prog-rock band formed in Auckland 2004 by Mikey brown (vocals, guitar, keys) and jono tiernan(drums), the original line-up was completed with the addition of tony swift on bass.
The trio began gigging in may 2005, performing regularly and establishing themselves in the Auckland underground scene.
The band appeared live on alt tv, and have also done live to airs on kiwi fm and bfm and have had regular plays on kiwi and spot plays on some other stations.
The band have recorded 3 eps, the 3rd - 'We all want to be just like you', the group’s first commercial release having gained support from Isaac Promotions and nationwide distribution through Border music.
The bands live shows often see the band performing in darkness, silhouetted only by the images projected over the band onto the screen backing the stage.
The band has played with other local heros - the Twitch, International Flannel, Decortica, and has likewise established a loyal fanbase.
In 2008 the band competed in and won the Kiwi Fm Mash up competition, beating bands from throughout New Zealand.
In late 2008 Tony announces that he is leaving the country. Jonnie Barnard (guitar) joins the remaining 2 members and the three begin to write new material and develop old material. May 2009, Martin Green (bass) joins the three to complete the now 4 piece band.
The new incarnation of the band is currently recording a three track ep and is planning its release to coincide with their first gig with the new lineup.
