Hello. Please do delete this comment if you so wish.

We're just making sure that everyone knows that our debut album 'Horses For Courses' is available to buy from our little record label's online shop:

http://www.donttellclare.co.uk/shop.htm

Its been selling faster than we expected, and we currently only have around a quarter of our stock left - so we thought we'd better you all know that if you want a copy then now would be a good time to pick one up! If you buy it from the link above then you're buying it direct from us, the label aren't taking a cut - so its a bit like Fair Trade for struggling musicians.

International mail-order is available, just follow the instructions.

Thank you very much, and sorry for making a mess of your profile. If its any kind of consolation, we don't have a MySpace bot, so I'm leaving these comments the old fashioned way. Three -and-a-half thousand of them. My life is so exciting.

Lots of love
Das Wanderlust

Tip Toe Records are releasing a compilation next week - it will be strictly limited run of 200 CD only copies; they will be printed on lovely brown cardboard sleeves. It will be available from all good record stores.

This event is to draw your attention to a Special Launch Night at the Brixton Windmill in London on the 25th of May with live performances from:

OUT OF THE AFTERNOON
Indie / jazz four piece, Influenced by XTC, Dexy’s Midnight Runner’s and the specials - all round good folk and south london cronies of ours.
www.myspace.com/outoftheafternoon

YONDERBOY
Appealing, capricious and quintessentially British indie material executed with great flair, brilliantly down-to-earth Northern quips and some elastic instrumental noodling.

THE TAILORS - acoustic set
You know what we're about. we have a song on the compilation and cooked up this whole BBQ plan as an excuse to get together with you all, eat charred food (including a vegetarian option) and play you some songs.

ESSAY LIKE NEPHEW
Snap crackle and pop, think Belle and Sebastian mixed with The Sliver Jews. Acoustic set.

SPOKES
THE FRENCH QUARTER
THE AMBER SLEEP
@ The Library 12/11/08
£4

SPOKES
Manchester's Spokes will provide this fine evening with mostly instrumental, always captivating post-rock aceness. This is not your average quiet-loud band, they play with an edge of longing and sadness rarely seen in this genre and their 'People Like You Like You' album is indeed a fine piece of work that comes highly recommended. Recent slots at the Big Chill and Rockness festivals prove these lovely peeps are on the march.
http://www. myspace. com/spokessound

THE FRENCH QUARTER
One of Scotland's finest upcoming bands... soon to be up there with The Twilight Sad and Frightened Rabbit. These young gentlemen cross Interpol-esque rhythms with soaring walls of guitar and a melancholy edge for good measure. It's their first time in Leeds so don't miss out.
http://www. myspace. com/thefrenchquarter

THE AMBER SLEEP
This beautiful string-based band centred around Graham Jones' brooding vocals create some quite wonderous acoustic passages. A little Nick Drake and a little Antony and the Johnsons and a lot of heart.
