USメリーランド州ボルチモア出身のSTREET PUNK / MELODIC PUNKからの影響大なトラディッショナル・アイリッシュパンクバンド"CHARM CITY SAINTS"（チャーム・シティー・セインツ）の1stフルアルバム。過去にリリースした500枚限定の1stEP[Never Go Home Again](2005年作)がアイリッシュパンクのコミュニケーションサイト"www.shitenonions.com"で高い評価を受け、その年のアイリッシュパンクランキングで6位と好評価を受ける。彼等の使用楽器はギター・ベース・ドラムの基本楽器の他にマンドリン・バウロン・フィドル・バグパイプ・ティンホイッスルと幅広く、その楽曲のレンジにも期待が持てる。2009年にリリースされた今作[Hooligans & Saints]は前作を踏襲したメロディアスでキャッチーなメロディーが売りである。メロディック・アイリッシュバンドのファンへ贈る最高の作品が誕生した。
