It all started in the early 90’s, when I met Sonny who was introduced
to me by a friend. We were both looking for musicians to form a
rockabilly band. That day started a great friendship and history.
We formed a band called the Outsiders with other friends which
lasted till 1995. With that band, we gained knowledge and
experience about rockabilly, instruments and stuff. In 1996, we
formed the rockabilly trio Crazy Legs, that soon got the
reputation of one of the finest brazilian rockabilly acts,
performing in clubs and rock festivals all over the country. The
line-up has changed a few times over the years, but the the core
is still the same.
In the summer of 2001 we released our debut CD, titled “Off
Society Rules” under the independent label “13 Records”. This CD
brought the opportunity of TV appearances, good reviews on
rockabilly websites and radio airplay.
This band is full of non-stop energy, with a V8 power set-list for
supercharged performances. The rest is pure ROCKABILLY!!!!

Catch
That Rockabilly Fever by Sheree Homer is a candid account of life on the
road and in the studio with '50s legends and today's talent. These are personal
stories told by the artists themselves. It's a soft cover biography that will
be published in October 2009 by McFarland Publishers and retail for $39.95. It
will have never before seen photos (strictly 1950's photos of the legends) and
rare stories from the artists themselves. Catch
That Rockabilly Fever will be approximately 350 pages in length. It will be
unlike any other rockabilly book on the market since it will include some of
today's hottest young talent plus insightful stories from 1950's backing
musicians and engineers for the first time, such as James Kirkland (Bob Luman,
Ricky Nelson), Richie Frost (Ricky Nelson), Steve Handford (Bobby Lee
Trammell), Tony Austin (Rock and Roll Trio), Stanley Walker (Ray Smith), Bobby
Poe (Wanda Jackson), Vernon Sandusky (Big Al Downing) and Bob Sullivan
(KWKH/Louisiana Hayride).
Foreword by acclaimed writer Ken Burke.
