Oh goodness. I am trying to talk the husband into a run at the end of April, but I ran for all of 5 minutes around the block today and I almost died. Baby steps for me, too! I'll let you know when I do participate. My friend in Georgia said she's done like 3 and on the last one they were practically waist deep in a swamp!
I was talking to a friend about getting back into running and she told me about the Hash House Harriers. I did some research and for some reason you were the only other person I could think of who would enjoy it! They have group in Walnut Creek so I thought I would send you their link. It's not even a glorified beer run. On the site for the Jacksonville chapter they call themselves a "drinking club with a running problem". Enjoy!
It DOES run over the GGB! Starts at the Embarcadero to GGB over and back, around the city, over Haight St. will be neat, and ends back at the Embarcadero :) EARLY START TIME, be advised :) My wave time start is 5:54a.m. Bridge will be closed to traffic for race, we run on the road. So excited to see you!!
That would be AWESOME! Hopefully the weather stays nice, it's finally been warm for the past two days! I'm sure it was freezing when Brian was here. Though.. I think I may be acclimated at this point, I remember it being much colder in California and now I consider this weather freezing!

haha actually we are planning a cocktail party for either the 14th or the 21st. My families been doing big bd's this year. We dont celebrate V-day and we're picking the date tonite. i'll let you know for sure then we can plan further =) I'll talk to u soon
