Crazy Penguins were formed in South Devon 2006. They rehearsed through the winter and played their debut gig in Plympton in April 2007. One of the Penguins' early gigs was The Hub, Plymouth's premiere rock club. Early summer 07 the Penguins played top billing at Giffstock, Aveton Giffords 'Woodstock' style free festival.
Andy - Guitars/vocals: Born Manchester. Long standing solo artist and player with Manchester bands, Greenhouse and No Strings.
Pete - Guitars/lead/vocals: Born Yokosuki, Japan. Lived and played in London, Devon and France. Orginal member of Devon based band Armitage Shanks, Plymouth's 9 and The Neighbours, in London Phsijammer and Reims, France, Les Plais.
Chris - Bass/vocals: Born London, Waterloo. Toured with own band in the early 70's and then Stiff Records Tour of Britain with Jona Lewie, culminating with club dates in New York. Player with Duffo, Blizzard and Phil Harris Band.
Alan - Drums/percussion: Birmingham. Played in the South West since 70's including Jade, Talisman, Savoir Faire, Shooter, Blitz, Time & Motion, Fate, Splintrz.
