Creatacor is a premier trade show exhibit production company specializing in trade show program management, exhibit design, custom exhibit construction, graphic design and large format print production, show site services and logistics, installation and dismantle services, web integrated solutions and complete event management.

Creatacor was formed in July 1987 to serve trade show exhibitors with a full range of exhibit services from design to project management to fabrication and asset management. Our extensive corporate experience and trusted best practices have allowed us to produce over 3,000 major trade shows and special events, as well as 6,000 related projects through-out the world.
Creatacor is located in Upstate New York (Clifton Park - 20 minutes North of Albany), which includes a 60,000 square foot facility that houses our corporate offices, design studio, graphics, production and warehousing operations.
Every exhibit project or event planning session begins with a kick-off meeting in which the design team and account manager meet to discuss critical elements of the project including: customer objectives, budget, theme, and physical display requirements such as information areas, conference rooms, presentation areas, interactive displays, AV requirements and more.
Once the list is complete, a second list is compiled, which includes; key industry influences, industry trends, customer marketing priorities, promotional opportunities, show rules and regulations, challenges and limitations.
With this information in hand, the brain storming process begins. Everyone is encouraged to contribute to the idea process no matter how different or away from the main stream the idea may be. Again, the goal is to develop a viable solution that will provide the marketing impact necessary. It must enhance the exhibitor's brand, while being functionally sound and cost effective.
Our ideas are communicated via 3-D color concept renderings, floor plans, graphics layouts and detailed construction drawings. As your trade show partner, we encourage our customers to participate in all aspects of the concept development process.

Trade Show Program Management
Our goal is to provide the best exhibit solution at the most affordable price. For each customer, we develop a complete trade show program managed by a single-point-of-contact... your Account Manager. He or she becomes your personal connection to Creatacor for all the facets of your trade show program. This team spirited relationship allows Creatacor to get to know your products and services as well as you do, so that we may truly understand your marking goals and recommend the most efficient and effective structures and systems for your program. Your Account Manager is always available to answer questions on budget, scheduling, estimates, timetables, tracking, etc.
As your trade show partner, we seek your constant feedback and approval as we design detailed exhibit and graphics solutions and manage all aspects of construction, fabrication and exhibit refurbishing. Your Account Manager will provide complete, itemized estimates and production schedules for all elements of the project.
Creatacor can also provide market-focused trade show research to determine when and where you should be exhibiting, which includes such information as; attendee and exhibitor profiles, exhibitor lists, demographics, frequency of show, past show data and venue information.

Design Services
Using state-of-the art design software and systems, our design team develops 3-D color concept renderings, animated fly-throughs, space floor plans and detailed construction drawings. Each design provides a custom exhibit solution, tailored to individual client specifications.
Our graphic designers specialize in creative, breakthrough design and large-format digital printing and vinyl applications. All graphics files are digitized and CD-archived for quick retrieval and ease of storage.

Exhibit Fabrication & Refurbishing
Creatacor's construction team has more than 75 years of experience collectively, utilizing industry-proven building techniques as well as with unique, new materials and processes.
All fabrication and refurbishing is completed at our facility in Clifton Park, NY. Our workspace is fully equipped with state-of-the-art tools, materials and computer hardware and software, and staffed by expert construction personnel.
The performance of your exhibit is extremely important to us. Each exhibit component is routinely inspected for damage, necessary repairs, or normal wear and tear. Should a repair or “refreshening” be required, an estimate for the work is submitted for approval. Minor repairs and fixes are part of Creatacor's standard service and are performed during the pre-show setup and inspection.
Portable Exhibit Programs
Our portable exhibit programs are designed to take the hassle out of coordinating a regional or national trade show exhibit program when managing the details and logistics that can consume hours and hours of your time. We have nearly 20 years of portable trade show exhibit program management.
Portable Services Include:
• Single per event fee for check In/check out, packing, handling, inspection of exhibits. Fees are based on the number of events per year, number of exhibits in use, and the nature of the exhibits.
• Complete tech/setup inspection, and inventory of exhibit properties upon arrival at Creatacor.
• Complete inspection/setup after each return.
• Inspection/damage reports are forwarded to the last user and your program coordinator after each use. All inspections are completed within 10 days of the return.
• Based on the inspection report, should repairs become necessary, Creatacor will provide a cost estimate for repairs. Estimates will be forwarded to the last User and your program coordinator for approval.
• Quarterly usage reports include:
- User info, show or event name, location, and dates
- Ship date from Creatacor and return date to Creatacor
- Repair or maintenance work required/completed after usage
• Shipments are handled by UPS or FedEx depending on the delivery date and service area availability. Our standard shipping procedure is to ship via FedEx (2-Day Service).
• Web based reservations including:
- Customer dedicated portable program web site for reserving and ordering exhibits from any remote location.
- Reservations acknowledgement via auto-response e-mailed to the user confirming dates and other details such as shipping information.
Rental Exhibit Solutions
Creatacor offers a number of rental exhibit options for exhibitors to consider including smaller portable exhibit systems such as Table-top displays, pop-ups, panel systems and many in-line systems.
We also offer custom design exhibit rentals, designed to match your company brand image and budget. A “build-to-suit” custom rental exhibit can accommodate your entire trade show schedule, which can reduce or eliminate a large percentage of exhibit inventory owned, which in turn would reduce storage costs as well as repair/refurbishing costs.
Technologies
Creatacor uses an in-house designed, FileMaker based system known as JobCritical to track all aspects of a project or program. This system includes estimating, purchasing, cost tracking, invoicing, scheduling, inventory tracking, reporting and departmental work orders.
JobCritical also has an online component called OnCor which currently allows our customers to log in and see information about their upcoming projects, photos of their exhibits, access a searchable database of their graphics (with PDF downloads) and an ordering system for exhibits. We host our JobCritical,, and OnCor systems on-site along with our e-mail server.
Both of these systems are designed and maintained internally, so we have the flexibility to easily adapt them to incorporate new company procedures and/or customer requests.
Our Design Department has the latest, top of the line Apple systems on which they use software packages such as VectorWorks, Strata 3D CX, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Quark to create exhibit designs, fly-throughs and graphic layouts. Our Design Department also handles large format printing with the latest graphic production equipment available.
Web Integrated Solutions
Today's active trade show manager needs to be able to access information quickly and accurately 24/7. Our web based exhibit program management tool known as OnCor allows exhibitors complete control of their exhibit program with the click of a mouse. Each OnCor solution is custom designed to an integral part of your tradeshow program management process. Processes such as on-line web integrated communications that increase and broaden the communication pathways from you to Creatacor and return. This includes, on-line graphic inventory management, portable exhibit program management, exhibit design and production approval processing, cost tracking and estimating, exhibit inventory management and daily project coordination and control. All features are designed to provide quick response, this translates into a lean and agile tradeshow program focused on cost efficiency.
Quality Control
Quality control is our highest priority. Numerous elements have been incorporated into our JobCritical,, system software, which helps us maintain your exhibit properties. Features such as exhibit usage, shipping and handling reports and inspection reports are all available 24/7 to the account management team so that they can anticipate potential refurbishing opportunities and assure exhibit integrity.
