Originally from Connecticut, we moved to West Palm Beach back in 1964 when I was only 10. Have a very smart, 20-year-old daughter who now lives in New York City furthering her education and artistic ambitions. So it's just God and me.
These past few year I continue to take time to deeply analyze and simplify my life. Life takes many twists and turns. I am working to keep to the higher Path and falter less.
Primarily I'm an artist with a canvas of music, graphics and animation (some of which is displayed here on the left side), video, poetry and words, websites, and other such media.
Music wise I've taken time to rethink what i want to accomplish with my art. Having decided on the nom de plume Amritzar, i have created the website Amritzar.com plus three music pages here on MySpace with the Zen version at the forefront. My thoughts have changed over the past year or so. I was going to rework some of my past works, but am now beginning to conclude they are best left in the past. My decision is to follow my bliss and focus on new creations that elevate the consciousness.
Spend time in meditation and working to raise my spiritual consciousness. A bit of time volunteering and helping others. Physically workout a couple times a week and live on a simple lacto-vegetarian diet. In fact, I have been a vegetarian since 1973 out of compassion for those we share this creation with. i believe we are all the children of the One Father/Mother God. Am allergic to extreme fundamentalists of any religion or creed preferring the attitude of live and let live. The only fanaticism taking place in this world should be our divine intoxication induced by the sweet nectar streaming down from heaven above causing us to be so imbued with Love — we can think of nothing else. I do not think the end of the world is at hand, but instead a new age is coming filled with hope and peace.

Though I have traveled around the U.S. and to the Bahamas and India, travel is not high on my list of to-dos. Currently, I prefer conversation over a cup o' joe or a nice walk in the park or on the beach. Find it rather pleasant ... simple ... smile and be happy!

Hmm ... I enjoy meeting genuine human beings. As the saying goes: To thy own self, be true. Especially those who have taken the time to dig deeper to the Root and work to make a life worthwhile. As a work in progress myself, I certainly do not expect perfection, but I would hope some focus in the direction of self-knowledge and God-realization is being exercised.

He who has pure thoughts speaks very powerfully and produces deep impression on the minds of the hearers by his speech. He influences thousands of persons through his pure thoughts.
Those who entertain sublime and pious thoughts help others.
What is this world? It is nothing but the materialisation of the thought-forms of God.
Do not store in your brain useless information. Unlearn whatever has been of no use to you. Then only can you fill your mind with divine thoughts.
Just as the face and voice of every man differ from those of another man, the mode of thinking and understanding also differs. That is the reason why misunderstanding easily occurs between friends.
One is not able to understand rightly the views of another. Hence friction, rupture and quarrel occur within a minute even amongst fast friends. The friendship does not last long.
Thoughts are giant-powers. Mark how one thought expands into many thoughts, within a short time. Suppose you get an idea to set up a tea-party for your friends. The one thought of ‘tea’ invites instantaneously the thoughts of sugar, milk, tea-cups, tables, chairs, table-cloth, napkins, spoons, cakes, biscuits, etc.

Yes! We are an enormous fellowship at this time. It is good to reach out to one another through electronic space! As we each learn to manifest our personal inner vision, our lives and the life of the Earth...are blooming and bearing fruit. We can listen to the Right or the Left drone on and on with blame and greed...but we don't have to. We can perhaps better turn our intent and our hearts to the truth we know within. We can envision the Light and bring it into being on this plane, for it already exists on many, many planes. I do think this is the way that positive change will come to our Earth here. So blessings to you, my sister of the Vision of Peace.

God is there, we are here and never the twain shall meet. Who wants simply to be with God? To be one with God again? Corruption cannot inherit perfection. Imperfection cannot yoke with Perfection. "Be ye as perfect as your Father." A tall order. But like anything else, if we want it, it is possible or why even suggest it?
The Lord can pierce through all lies. Can distinguish all motives. Is Love Itself."
