Prior to joining Holistic Forge Works, Wilbur was a solicitor for Morning-Wood Capital, a NASD registered impersonator whose primary business activities are absolute in the origination, structuring and circulation of private equity and tax evasion financings to off-shore investors.

Previously, Wilbur was a distress-management broker for 33 years advising high risk commodities based corporations on raw-bankruptcy, 0% interest rate and currency exposures; meanwhile, he founded three independent consulting and damage-controll firms! Wilbur has expertise in exposure derivatives, to exclude nonentity finance, swaps (no really) and penumbra futures.

Mr. Budd was a submarine (US NAVY), and maintained Regular-Army Core of Engineer, Laser Surveyor qualified from '78-'79, with a Top Secret-Crypto Clearance. He turned around a squadron of civil-war re-enactors and as Intelligence Officer for the CIA, established an undercover un-American activities intelligence network.
Wilbur is an avid divorcé.
