Let's see, I like to paint, draw, write, skate, drive, film, edit, read, listen to music, star gaze, watch storms, dance in storms (preferable naked with a hot girl) play guitar (not so well, yet) sing, and a whole bunch of other stuff.
Music
I listen to all music... well, I'm sure I haven't heard everything, but I'm sure I'll like it.
Not really too much TV lately... I spend most of my time writing, or editing, sitting outside on a warm day daydreaming about flying. although I will always make time for a little spongebob.
Books
I read a lot, non-fiction, fiction, screenplays, short stories - anything... if I'm not reading I'm usually listening to an audiobook.
Heroes
My left pinky toe... it survived a horrific attack from the leg of a coffee table and it still managed to not complain.
About me: Simple standards seem to dominate the society we live in. I would say the world but not all are the same in their standard. We follow rules for the most part, someone meets you and the first thing they want to know is what you do for a living. When you introduce yourself you state the same thing… I am this, because “this” defines who I am. In actuality your job does not define you, but people assume it says something about you.
So what do I say about myself if I don’t believe in this standard of greeting? I am a complicated yet simple individual who has experienced his share of triumphs and heartaches. I’m a non conformist, but I don’t use it as a statement of popularity or debate. I believe everyone is entitled to their opinion and how to live their life. I believe there is no such thing as right and wrong, there just is. I don’t worry about things because it’s just a waste of precious energy. I focus on what I want out of life to make me happy and don’t worry or cater too much to the “moods” that fluctuate around me. I know that if I die life will continue so I don’t ever stress about death. I believe that the loudest arguments usually come from someone with a large degree of fear. I believe some people try to be something they are not in order to be popular. I believe the world is a much smaller place than most people think. I believe love is everywhere. I believe people are afraid of being alone so they make stupid decisions based on the advice of more people who are afraid of being alone. I believe that unless you have experienced what you are talking about you should probably not give advice on the subject. I believe that life is not as complicated as we like to make it. I believe people like the drama they create. I believe some people are afraid of themselves to a degree that they do not trust themselves enough to be happy. I believe that people base their judgments on what they do not know instead of what they do know. I believe that life is nothing more than an experience. I believe that you write your own story and you decide if the plot moves forward or it stops. I believe that if we actually decided to trust ourselves and not what we’ve been taught to believe, people would be much happier. I believe that your world is created by what you believe and focus on. I believe that if people took the time to know themselves they may actually be surprised at what they find. I believe our lives are as limitless as our imagination. I believe that I am here to experience life because absolute bliss would get boring after a while. I believe time is nothing more than an illusion. I believe people that are always in a hurry are running from something… I believe this is too long so I’ll stop now.
