About me:
Our Mission at Crenshaw Yoga and Dance
is to provide yoga, dance, and nutrition
education at an affordable price that will
encourage our community to learn,
maintain, and value a healthy lifestyle!
We understood that many of our local residents have had to drive to the West side for yoga and meditation classes. We felt the importance of bringing the same quality of practice to our residents in South Los Angeles so yoga
could be accessible to all.
So come and try one of our many classes! We have Yoga for Beginners, All Level Loga (int/adv) Hatha Flow, Restorative Yoga, Warm Room Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, West African Drumming, Contemporary Dance and Pilates. And your first class is only $5!
Afternoon classes from 4:00-5:15pm are $6.
All Yoga classes and Pilate Classes before and after that are $10
We are located on 5426 Crenshaw Blvd, Los Angeles CA
In between 54th and 57th St.

We welcome everyone to come and join us as we achieve our mission for the benefit of our community. It is important that we support our local businesses and we invite all local businesses, community organizations, yoga instructors, dance instructors, students, families, and friends to grow and build with.
We are always open to try new classes. If you are yoga instructor or a dance instructor please feel free to contact us.
