Hello we are crescendo an acoustic duo. Now where do we start, well there are two of us in the band, Marcus Wiseman and Sophie Connors and we have know each other for the last 3 - 4 years lol. We both went to Blyth Jex and were in many of the same classes. Sophie plays guitar and is a funny lass (also half scottish). Marcus plays the guitar, Sings and also plays the Piano, Bass, Drums and a bit of saxaphone. He recently bought a blue flute. Marcus is a keen musician and enjoys coaching football and listening/ playing music.
Crescendo wasn't always crescendo, Marcus has been in many different bands including Dirty Havana and another band which didn't have a name lol. When both of those bands had come to an end Marcus and Sophie decided to join BreakOut along with fellow band member Nathan Baverstock (who is amazing BTW) and played a few gigs which were successful. After around 7 or 8 months breakOut came to an end much to the disappointment of the members however all the members are still friends and do wish each other good luck. After this crescendo was formed a new acoustic duo had finally arrived and with a new look on acoustic music they proved to be a big hit at pubs like the brickmakers and the King Eddy.

LONG GOODBYE
We all kinda just started jamming together and then we just said let's start a band. So here we are. We hope to record sometime after the summer once we have a few more songs. We are perfectionists you see lol.First gig?umm hopefully around the same time-after the summer.Good luck with the Brickfest,we'll come check you out.
hello there, this is becca talking :) the idea of the band came about simply when me, tom, sam, and perry had a bit of a jam together in the music rooms at school. before we knew it, zak had joined us, + the band was born! we are rehearsing our new songs tonight at earth studios, and hopefully we will have some music up soon :) as for the gigs, we'll keep you posted
