Le Crewstacé est un groupe qui a vu le jour en 2005 a Namur sous la forme d'un rassemblement de hip-hopeurs fous sans aucune ambition professionelle. Des potes se reunissant pour rapper,taguer, juste par amour du hip hop et du rire... Tout cela ne dura qu'un temps, l'éloignement des différents membres ainsi que les études mettant fin a ce joyeux bordel... Mais c'est sans compter sur la passion de la musique sous TOUTES ses formes et l'acharnement des arthropodes qui feront renaitre,tel un phénix, le crabe de ses cendres...
C'est donc en 2007 que le Crewstacé se décide a organiser des soirées, déterminé a faire danser le peuple belge sur de la musique électronique de qualité. Nous comptons dans nos rangs des DJ's (Skar,Rem,Val (a eux 3 = Metafist),Shineone,Slim-T(qui forment Urnam Dubstep Squad avec Manuz), un producteur (Lebienheureux A/K/A Mr. Por), des MC's (La Jakt,Big O,Brut Michel A/K/A Fat S),ainsi que des touches à tout, designers graphiques,journalistes, DJ/producteurs a leurs heures perdues, et toujours des bon vieux amis pour donner un coup de main,car le Crewstacé c'est avant tout des amis partageant la meme passion. Certains membres animent des émissions radios: Skar est résident et s'occupe de la programmation de "Subversive Broadcast", tous les mardi de 22h a minuit (106.4 FM,région namuroise,http://stream.run.be:8000/RUN128.ogg pour le stream), Ref Pee,Val,Shineone et VJ Polak s'occupent de l'émission "Réservoir Dub" de 21h30 a 23h sur Radio Panik (105.4 FM et en streaming).
Comme dit plus haut, nous aimons tous styles de musique,c'est pourquoi vous pourrez vous attendre dans le futur à des soirées moins orientée vers l'électronique... Garder l'oeil ouvert et les oreilles affutées, le crabe a les pinces bien acérées et des tas de projets sous sa carapace.
Crewstacé is a group that saw the light of the day in 2005 in a small Belgian town called Namur in the form of a gathering of crazy hip-hoppers without any professional ambition. Pals re-uniting to rap, tag, just for the sake of the hip-hop and the laugh... This lasted just for a while, the distance between the different members and the studies putting an end to this cheerful mess... But this is without counting on the passion for the music in ALL her shapes and the fierceness of the arthropods from da crew which will make the crab reborn from its cinders, just like a phoenix.
So that's when, in 2007, the Crewstacé decides to organise parties, determined to make Belgian people dance on quality electronic music. We got in our ranks some DJ's (Skar,Rem,Val (gathering in the Metafist group), Shineone,Slim-T (together they form UDS=Urnam Dubstep Squad along with Manuz), one producer (Lebienheureux A/K/A Mr. Por), some MC's (La Jakt,Big O,Brut Michel A/K/A Fat S),and some dabblers, graphic designers, journalists, DJ/producers when they have free time, and always some good ol' buddies to give us an hand, cuz Crewstacé is above all friends sharing a passion. Certain members host radio shows: Skar is the resident DJ and is in charge of the programming of "Subversive Broadcast", every Tuesday from 10 pm to midnight and a half (stream @ http://stream.run.be:8000/RUN128.ogg ). Ref Pee, Val, Shineone and VJ Polak are in charge of the show "Réservoir Dub" broadcasting from 9.30 pm to 11 pm on Radio Panik (stream @ http://www.radiopanik.org/ecouter/ ).
As said above, we love all styles of music, that's why you can expect some parties less electronic orientated in the future... Keep your eyes and your ears open, the crab has sharpened pliers and loads of project under his shell!
