Reverend Chad Wells and Cricketbows new album, "Unicorn Mud Yolk (Unlock Your Mind?)" is a reverb soaked and echo drenched naked body lying in a black and shimmering pool of Lies, Secrets and Deceit (L.S.D?). As much the product of one man is it is one band, as it is one hand, Cricketbows is not necessarily 4 or 5 young wizards improvising in the middle of blowing pastures, straddling Orange amplifiers, mandolins and theremin, rather it might just be He named producing all of the sounds, all of sights and all of the slow drip, drip, drip, trip, trip, trip, deep into your psyche. Cricketbows is sprung from the Æther as it is. It is all the product of complete improvisation and is 100% DIY - recorded at home, on vintage as well as modern equipment. Old ghosts and new technologies. The music is as 1852 as it is 1969 as it is 1973 as it is 1992 as it is, so be it, salvation or doom. All of this is a Metaphysical process. An exorcism of the build up of ideas caught in the cogs of the submemory, blowing and stretching through the cavern of the mind. Turn (((on))), tune, (((in))), drop (((OUT))) to Cricketbows.

Hey guys, it's me, Chad. I play all these instruments and sing all these songs. They're kinda trippy and weird. Hope to involve some old friends in some of these sessions but for now, it's just the old man. People never believe that it's really me singing when they hear my home recordings. I have no idea why this is. I've been making weird homemade recordings since I was probably 4 or 5 years old. Singing, doing voices, skits, playing weird instruments and when there were no instruments, I played the furniture and the appliances. I really hope you get a kick out of this stuff. Most of these sound best with headphones.

Thanks a lot for the add ! EletriKa sounds completely different from any Metal band you have ever heard. The Brazilian rhythms and the Portuguese language added to the songs makes its style unique, giving birth to a new kind of Metal. If you are really looking for something new about Metal, you should check EletriKa out!
