Family Tree micah and dave were in dimes. dimes broke up. james from dimes joined daniel in self destruct sequence (v2). sds broke up. tony and james from dimes formed hoss with daniel from self destruct sequence and damien from the lovelies, the mustn'ts, the frogs, the nerve twins, etc.
meanwhile, micah joined up with dorian gray (where dave had subbed drums on a few occassions) for a brief stint as guitarist/keys/backing vox where he played with nick, the bassist. dorian gray broke up.
wanna go one step further? lesse. for a while, corey (formerly of tom spacey and self destruct sequence with daniel from hoss), played bass in dorian gray, played bass in halloween tributes to the cure with dave and micah, played in hoss for awhile, and now plays in airiel outta chicago.
more? chris from self destruct sequence v2 (with daniel & james from hoss and corey from airiel) is now in milwaukee band lights out asia.
uh, what else. maybe this. john, drummer from streamliner (who played out with dimes and dorian gray on different occassions), is now in airiel with corey (sds, hoss).
here's a new one a girl nicknamed "hagerbutt" went to college with micah. when micah moved to milwaukee in 2000, she had him come to her friend's band's show in racine. the band? "the other side" (which later became "rainy day crush"), featuring matt (our guitarist/keyboardist). they incidentally got "best metal band" in the shepherd the same year that dimes got "best new band".
