Way too many to mention all but some would include: 70's punk (Sex Pistols, Dead Kennedys), 80's metal (Metallica, Iron Maiden), throw in some Pantera, System Of A Down just to mention a few. The resulting sound is nothing like any of the above!!

The Angels maybe, maybe not. Very pub rock with a blues overtone now and then mixed together with some almost heavy metal drumming.
The three members of Crimson Face first met at a Xmas party at The Jam Tin in Cheltenham in November 2006. Darren and Ivan had split with their last drummer of their previous band. Gazz happened to be walking by while they were talking bands and music and he stopped to join their conversation. After a short time of drunken talk, Gazz and Ivan had swapped phone numbers with the plan to get together in February 2007 for a jam session to see what would happen. Since then, they have graced the rehearsal rooms of The Jam Tin almost every Saturday to form the band CRIMSON FACE. . . . Our first gig was on Fri 27th July 07 at The Jam Tin Skull Bar with EXILE playing after us...........................Thanx to Geoff, Brendon, Locky and Mal at the Skull Bar for making it a successful nite. Thanx to EXILE for joining our nite on stage and helping rock the joint. Thanx to Roddy for his stand-up comedy between bands and thanx to all who came along to watch - hope to see you at the next gig!

................................................................................................25th November 2007 - The Jam Tin Skull Bar - Cheltenham (FINAL SHOW EVER) With THE PURPLE SHOW, BLOWN 57, SCORPIONICS, NAJA, SHOWCARD, KING GEORGE and EXILE (although the drummer and bass player weren't able to make it, Gazz and Darren from CRIMSON FACE filled in so Suzy and Warren could still get up and play).
