Cris Mursa tenta através da música passar felicidade ou um bom sentimento a quem escuta.
Ela começou a tocar violão ainda criança, aprendendo com sua avó Tatá.Mais tarde fez aulas de violão, canto e guitarra.Iniciou a compor nos anos 80.Em 1988, participou do projeto de arte na praça, em São Paulo, se apresentando nas praças de São Miguel Paulista, Campo Limpo, Bixiga e República.
Em 1996, cursou a Universidade Tom Jobim, canto popular.Tocou em 1997 no Sesc Pompéia e na Praça Benedito Calixto, participando da trilha sonora dos"Meninos que Dançam a Vida", convidada pela coreógrafa e dançarina Regina Faria.
Nos anos de 2004 e 2005 se apresentou em trio, junto com Paulo Ventura(baixo) e Milton Santos(percussão), na praça dos Omaguás, no Espaços Shakti e Rasa, em São Paulo.
Se apresentou no Restaurante Satva, em São Paulo, cantando e tocando mantras, músicas indianas e repertório próprio e também no Shoping Butantã, cantando MPB e músicas próprias, até 2007.
Inspirada pelas idéias de paz , amor e compaixão pela natureza e por todos os seres, vindas das filosofias orientais, Cris compôs novas músicas e montou uma banda para gravar e apresentar seu primeiro CD(Perto), que ainda está em andamento.
Cris Mursa wants to trasmit happiness or one good feeling for those who listen to her music. She started to play guitar when she was still a child, her teacher was her grandmother Tatá. Later she studied eletric guitar and took singing lessons. She began to compose in early 80s. In 1988 she attended the Art Project in São Paulo, playing in São Miguel Paulista, Campo Limpo, Bixiga e República Squares. In 1996 she attended the Tom Jobim University, popular corner. She was invited by the dancer and coregrapher Regina Faria to participate , in 1997, on the soundtrack of the musical " Meninos que dançam a vida", presented in the Sesc Pompéia and Benedito Calixto square.
In the years of 2004 and 2005 she performed as part of a trio with Paulo Ventura ( bass) and Milton Santos ( percussion)) in places like Omaguás Square, Shakti and Rasa Spaces, all three in São Paulo.
She made apresentations in Satva Restaurant and in Butantã Mall, singing and playing mantras, indian music, her own compositions and MPB music, until 2007.
Inspired by peace, love e compassion for nature and all his creatures, contained inside oriental philosophies, she composed new songs and is recording her first CD "Perto".

Is Eternity longer than Forevermore.. I'm not that sure.. R We What We R because of Destiny and Fate some life’s with Blessings 2 waste some holding empty plates.. Ahhhh..it can B a long wait.. Have U noticed we never go far a bit like the closeness of a cut and the scar.. The falling leaves all swirl back under the Mother Tree.. Asking the Mother,"IS this my Destiny?" oh how the time flies... one moment of Summer Skies the next moment the Blossom dies.. C 4 YOURSELF I TELL U NO LIES.. SIEZE THE MOMENT....BEFORE IT 2 DIES...
