Criss Sol hasn`t been a dark horse in the international music scene for a long yet. Criss Sol is now, more than ever, a bustling DJ & producer, and has been in business for the past ten years meanwhile.
He has remixed amongst others the well-known tracks like ``Falco - Rock me Amadeus´´, ``Cosmic Gate - Exploration Of Space´´, just to name some of them…
Criss` project ``DJ Shredda - Chainsaw´´ became a great success in UK in 2002, and was also successfully marketed under the UK label ``Tidy Trax´´, and on a world-wide basis as well. DJ Gigs at major events in UK such as ``Tidy Weekender´´, ``Binary´´ or ``Trilogy´´ succeeded.
Last year he produced another remix for the famous viennese ``Volksgarten´´, the so-called ``Garden Club pres. G.L.O.W. – Garden of love´´. The original version was made by Sergio Flores (Defected).Within the framework of Garden Club, this title was presented in the legendary ``Space´´ in Ibiza in August 2006. Another track by Criss was introduced by Bacardi for their TV campaign 2006, which was ``Hold on to me´´.
His electro-house-smasher ``Rocking My House´´ was presented by Marco Bailey with Carl Cox`s WMC Party in Miami / Crobar last year (2006), and was published in ``Real Estate Records / Chicago´´ in the meantime - also Paul van Dyk supported the title on his radio show.
Internationally, Criss managed to work for the music stations VIVA and MTV with a remake of the internationally known classic hit from 1973 by ``The Archies – Sugar, Sugar´´, and its European mega hit and ``the´´ CLUBHYMNE as such ``Jordan & Baker – Explode´´ (power rotation on VIVA & MTV).
He also participated in the last album of the internationally known group, ``Scooter´´ in terms of the title ``Rock Bottom´´. Meanwhile he is being licensed throughout Asia, USA, South Africa, Russia, Canada, France, Australia, South America, Spain, Italy, Holland, Norway, Germany, and England. He is invited as DJ to countless European night clubs.
He has been introducing innovative music styles through his project ``Criss Sol´´ via electronic music.
The debut single ``Every You Every Me´´ is a cover version of the British band ``Placebo´´.
Criss produced this title with his long time studio partner Arun Grimm, and J. Foster contributed truly authentic vocals. After over 1 ½ years of negotiations with various music publishers the guys finally received the rights for publishing, and are quite happy to have found Toolroom Records as a partner. Release: Early summer 2008 !!!
Another track by Criss & Arun found the way to Renaissance Records UK which is published in March 2008 and in February Criss Sol & Tom Snow`s ``Diaz´´ is going out on Kitschy Records UK.
