Welcome to Cristino’s Coal Oven Pizzeria and Restaurant! We are a family owned business with origins in the town of Mola di Bari, Italy. Our picturesque town rests on the Adriatic Sea in the southern Italian region of Puglia. It is there that we acquired our taste for homemade foods and desserts.
Our journey from Italy to the United States took us to Brooklyn, New York, home of the best pizza in the country! It is now our pleasure to bring the distinct flavor of Coal Fired Pizza to Clearwater Beach - THE FIRST ON THE WEST COAST! Our oven imparts a unique flavor and crispy crust that can not be derived from a gas oven. Our dough and sauce are homemade daily and only the finest cheeses and fresh herbs are used.
