Critical™ is a solo project created by native Portlander Michael Louzao, formerly of Warp Factor 9 and Hello Square. A combination of warm pads, robotic beats, and dreamy pop make up the musical landscape that is Critical. With his 2008 debut album “Being,” Louzao is looking to introduce a refreshing blend of electronic music and indie rock crafted with synthesizers, piano, electric and acoustic guitars. Showing 16mm films on a vintage projector is a part of his unique live performance. Louzao will be playing music as Critical throughout the northwest.
