Jeremy Cameron: Any kind of good old fasion classic Rock and Roll. My main influences are bands such as Led Zeppelin, Van Halen, Guns N' Roses and Metallica. However the biggest in fluence for me as far as the way I play and the way that I approch music is John Bonham drummer for Led Zeppelin.
Josh Wilson:Most subgenress of metal, especially Power, Progressive, Folk and Death Metal. Bands such as: Opeth, Death, Wintersun, Ensiferum and Korpiklaani. Two of the musicians that have influenced me most would be Jari Mäenpää of Wintersun, and Mikael Åkerfeldt of Opeth.
Sounds Like
Critical is a band, on which, everyone can agree. The sound is so diverse that everybody can find somthing that they like about the music. Because each band member has their own influences they each bring somthing different to the mix, which is what gives Critical thier unique and eclectice sound. Many have compaird them to Metallica, Alice in Chains, and Led Zeppelin. critical coms at you with a the power and intesity of Metallica or Opeth but with the intricasies of Led Zeppelin or Eric Johnson. With every show Critical takes thier fans on a journy that covers all the bases that you would expect to see at a great show and more. From the first stroke of the guitar to the last note Critical grabs you and doesn't let go.
This is Critical. We're a hard rock band based out of Southern California. Our Christian backgrounds influence our writings. Yet our lyrics pertain to all. We have many influences such as, Led Zeppelin, Van Halen, Slipknot, Korn, Rammstein, Guns and Roses, Rob Zombie, Judas Priest, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Eric Johnson, and Steve Smith. We try to do something different in every song so we don't sound the same like some bands. We are very intense on stage while keeping a dark and somber mood through out the show, while still having a great time playing. We have fun on and off stage with our fans and love to hang out with them after the show. We all really appreciate all of the fans and their support.
