Honestly, my taste in music is all over the place. If you'd like to get a grip on the particulars have a look at some of my friend's profiles here at myspace. In a former incarnation I ran an indie music shop and I was also a promoter, so do the math; I'm pretty picky when it comes to music, but as long as it's foundation is passionate or deeply sincere, AND as long as it's not predictable, i'm going to at least like it or really love it a lot.

I'm not too cool to like television and I certainly have no shame when I say I sure wish I had more time for it. Currently I'm hooked on Showtime's Weeds, Dexter, and The Tudors. Oh, and I do like some of the Faux Reality crap smeared all across the small screen these days too. Nothing like a good train wreck, right?
Books
...are wonderful. I have too many favorites to name them all. Above all things, my book fetish remains medical texts. I thought that once school was over, I'd be over that, but I'm still a voracious reader of such stuff.

Hey lady! So we were scheduled to close today, but we got a call this morning from our loan officer saying that the lender we were set up through had been raided by the feds last night and all of their assets frozen... dodged that bullet huh? Nothing like buying a home and having it foreclosed upon within 24 hours. So as of right now, we are planning on closing (with a new lender) this Friday. As for moving in- with my hell schedule right now, we will be moving in a slowly as time allows. But you should see us over there this weekend :)

I am packing my steamer trunk as we speak and am soon to set sail for Londontown! My crystal ball is a little hazy, but it does seem that there is a good chance that we will soon meet and that I will have the heartfelt pleasure of telling your fortune! Could it be true?
In any case, the stars have indicated that we are destined to be fast friends in this lifetime and the next and I have no doubt that they are correct. The thought of this pleases me immensely.
