Just four lost dudes trying to keep their heads above the water and at the same time, trying in vain to find the right band and the right sound that would allow each person to pursue what they really wanted: To play good music and make people go crazy in the pit. Eventually all finding themselves in Morgantown, a city with an already fertile music scene, they slowly began emerging a sound that took on the reverberating spirit of old rockabilly and country like the days of Carl Perkins, Johnny Cash, and Thrust-Master Elvis Presley; infusing it with the sounds of their
more contemporary heroes such as Rancid, Social Distortion, and Tiger Army.
The result is an energetic and honest take on the tribulations that haunt us, even years after they die. The same shackles that we all drag are confronted and examined here; "No Regrets", a slower introspective song about picking up and leaving your wretched surroundings that have become more of prison than a home. "Back Away" chops down to the marrow of soured kinships. "Exposed Nerves" swaggering tempo gives a false up-beat sense to an otherwise dark commentary on trying to scrape uphill, but getting shoved down every time a step is taken. These are themes we can all recognize and relate to at some point in our insane existence. The roots of the Crooked Elm go deeper than mere soil, they're the twisting and lurching briers and blades that remind us of this world's sickest and most perverse elements, and the stark realization of the gray stone and plot that waits for everyone in the end. The music is platform for us all to enjoy that half-hour in between all of the chaos and catastrophy that surround us in every aspect of life. Dig it

It's the very first episode of INTEGALACTIC and it's the first thing me and Morgan have ever acted in. It's a work in progress. I learn as I go. It's a great start though. We had a lot of fun and will be putting more stuff out soon. Maybe next time we'll have a script.
