Description:
During a Crossfit Oahu class you will spend about ten minutes warming up before getting a detailed explantion of the movements you will be doing in the workout that day. You will then get a 5 minute break before the workout starts.
The workouts constantly vary in the exercises and the amount of time they take.

In a personal training session you will go over the Olympic lifts, gymnastics movements, kettlebell techniques and other strength and conditioning movements in great detail, followed by a Crossfit workout.
