Crosshairs is the second in the Wes Mercer series of films.
Wes Mercer is a Hitman whose coldblooded lifestyle has been put heavily to the test with the death of Leslie Stiles, a woman from his past. Now, a year later, Wes has given up his nomadic ways and now lives in an apartment, meets with his best friend Oliver on a regular basis, and continues fulfilling contracts for Fulton. But all things change when a Wes becomes a target himself. He must fight for his survival all the while beginning a relationship with Carmen, a legal secrtary who has no idea what Wes actually does for a living.
