CrossTown is an L.A. Blues/Rock power Trio with a Memphis Soul feel and Socially/Spiritually conscious lyrics.
CrossTown's core is comprised of 3 life-long friends; Bob Herder on Drums, John Perry on Bass and Dave Van Kleeck on Vocals, Guitars & Keyboards/Piano. They have played together in various bands over the years, while keeping one thing constant: their passionate love of music and live performances giving every ounce of energy away!
Currently based in Glendale, Arizona and Los Angeles, California, CrossTown is re-recording their self-released debut Full Length Album from 2003 titled, 'POINT OF VIEW', for Alethea Records - to be released in late 2009/ early 2010. Davey Pattison of GAMMA, SUMMIT and ROBIN TROWER fame, along with his own "Davey Pattison Group" and 2 successful and critically acclaimed Solo releases ('MISSISSIPPI NIGHTS' and 'PICTURES', both available from the Davey Pattison Official Website) became part of the project in late 2006.
With Davey lending his incredible voice to the songs for CrossTown, the finished product will be presented with the passion of "The Voice" behind such Legendary SuperGroups as GAMMA, SUMMIT & ROBIN TROWER!
CrossTown has been heard on Radio Stations and Internet Radio across the U.S.A. and in various countries since 2003 including Canada, Australia, Germany, Russia, The Netherlands and others! A tour supporting their new releases is in the planning stages for 2010 now.

Great debut! My feelings about this entry into the "Spiritually Conscious” genre of Rock is… It’s about TIME! Because the poetry of the lyrics are massive and weighty, Musical Arrangement is on the money for concept. "Point Of View" is certain for a hit!
