Crosstown Traffic comprises of:

Li Jun - Keyboard
Rizal - Bass
Reuben - Drums
The band started somewhere around end of 2005. Originally with Lohan on guitar and vocals too, the quartet worked on writing material and rehearsing in studios prior to stepping out into the gigging circuit. Crosstown Traffic eventually had a debut performance in January 2007 after a year of writing and arranging music. The gig went down well with the crowd and things seemed to be working out very nicely. In the following months, the quartet would go on to play more shows quite regularly and meeting up with lots of new friends and other bands along the way. Taking a lot of influence from 70s rock music, it was quite a norm that Crosstown Traffic would be coined with the term somewhat "retro". Citing influences such as Led Zeppelin, Rush, Incubus, The Police, Cream, Black Sabbath, and more, the band strives to just produce what they think are plain old good songs. Towards the end of 2006, the quartet embarked on a 4 song semi live recording project basically aimed to give a sample of how the band sounds. Fully recorded, engineered and produced by the band, it is now available for streaming on the above music player. It eventually got them a spot to be interviewed on a radio programme called The Clash on the Red 104.9FM and have the songs played on air for the very first time.
After months of gigging in 2007, Lohan decided to leave the band. Hence, the quest for a replacing member took place. Crosstown Traffic eventually recruited Li Jun into the band to bring in a whole different palette of sounds by her killer piano and keyboard skills. Being the newest member of the band, she has been contributing a lot in re-designing the new Crosstown Traffic sound and also working on new material for the newly re-born band. The quartet is planning to eventually record a full length album soon. Work will start upon laying down the ground works.
