About me:
Crow About It Coffee and Cakes is a family owned and operated business. We are located at 1990 US 31 N. (on the corner of 4 mile and US 31 N.) in Traverse City, MI. We are open 7 days a week, Monday through Friday 7 a.m. until 6ish p.m. Saturdays we are open from 8 a.m. to 10ish p.m. with live entertainment from 8 p.m. to 10ish p.m. and Sundays 10 a.m. to 4ish p.m. Our phone number is

New years resolution: To drink better coffee in 2009! To be more creative and express myself clearer. To expand my mind and focus my energy. To shop local and support my community. To listen. To act. To love. To live.
Whatever your New years resolution is we at “Crow About It” can help. Every Saturday we have something new. We get started no later than 8pm and are here till it ends, around 10pm.
First Saturday: Open mic night, bring your instrument of choice and join in or sit on the other side and enjoy the sounds.
Second Saturday: Creative expression night, a casual night to bring in your artwork, writing, knitting, or to play one of our many board games. Talk to others, share your artistry, or sit as a wallflower, we will accommodate!
Third Saturday: Poetry open mic night, recite your favorite poems or share your own talent. Or just come in to listen to others share.
Fourth Saturday: Concert night, featured musicians vary every month. Stop in for more details or come in on this day, it will always be entertaining.

Who I'd like to meet:
Our family has been involved in many forms of artistry throughout the last thirty five years or more. We have worked in the fields of photography, music, painting, teaching art, woodworking, decorating, poetry, novel writing, and our latest, the art of espresso. We are dedicated to bringing all forms of art into one building. Our goal is to present a positive, creative and comfortable setting for any and everyone. If you’re looking to just run in for a cup of black coffee before work, or a place to gather with friends and sip on a "Nothing Gold Can Stay" our caramel and vanilla late, dessert after a dinner date, or a place to kick your feet up and relax.
Saturday nights we have different artistic expressions from 8 p.m. to 10ish p.m. (which can always be lengthened). We have an open ear and an open door, and the coffee is always on.
