GARY LEWIS-SLIDE GUITAR AND STOMP/
TRISTRAM HOOLEY-VOCALS AND HARMONICA

Oh we've got plenty of them. All the obvious ones, you know Son House, Johnson's R and T, Bukka White, Charlie Patton, Edward W Clayborn as well as some of the "new" guys like Rory Block, Kent Duchaine, Ian Siegal, Corey Harris, Entrance and Seasick Steve. Not forgetting Mud, Wolf, J Shines and Winter. But, we also like all sorts of other stuff like Tom Waits, Nick Cave, The Gun Club, the Rolling Stones, AC/DC, Black Crowes, T-REX, Bob Dylan, The White Stripes and on and on the list goes. So come to us for the darker delta blues, stay for the atmosphere and the weird songwriting and leftfield interpretations of other people's classics.
Crowfoot are a dark duo from the Soar delta. Hard-bitten desperate men with nothing left to lose they both have long histories as bar room blitzers and wrong side riffers.
In the music of Crowfoot they weld together juke joint rockers, cut throat murder ballads and sacrilegious gospel into a new sound as elemental and powerful as the sound of a sledge hammer on concrete.
Crowfoot are a raw and exciting blues duo in a delta style. From the guitar riffs and slides to the manic vocals they weave a dark tale of love, murder and religion.
Formed just under a year ago both have previous infamous careers as blues men. So it was written "It is only by knowing the past that we shall rule the future". So it shall be.
Look, I don't mean to sound like I'm complaining, but about a year ago you left me in the same position having to promote my new single. You don't have a dog and do the barking yourself, so what's the point of having a record label and doing all the leg work your self. Next you'll be getting me to organize my own tours. Catch you soon, Crowmen, Mickmox
Here I am spending hours again shamelessly promoting my new song, TJ's, which is supposed to be my new single. What do I pay you guys for?? See you soon, Mickmox
Look, you're my record label so you should be promoting my stuff, not me. I am trying desperately to publicise a new song I've just made up called Doppelganger. Does it cut the mustard for a single, or do you want me to try and make another album? I'm nearly there now. Yours ever, Mickmox
