Fortement inspiré par Dj Q-Bert ou encore Dj Shadow, Crown commence à s'essayer aux platines en 1998. Très vite, il produit une compilation mélangeant Rap Français et International, et collabore avec des artistes allant de l'hexagone aux U.S.A. C'est en 2004 qu'il se met à la composition, encouragé par son entourage et son amour pour ce qu'il appelle lui-même son « Art », fait de samples découpés, puis recomposés sur des rythmes binaires enivrants. Dopé à la Soul et au Jazz (entres autres), il collabore ensuite avec de nombreux artistes reconnu en france et aux états unis tel que Raekwon (wu-tang), Main flow, Sousltice,Army Of The Pharaohs , Radix, Doap nixon, Grand agent, Grodash, Freko dingue..... -
