I play guitars, and keyboards, been writing songs properly for the last 12 years, been in a few gigging bands as well as playing solo stuff. I write a mixture of songs, some are funny some are sick some are just observations and some are sad. I also parody a lot of songs especially when I run out of Ideas. The songs that are on the playlist are my own lyrics as are the chords unless I've parodied something. I will be swapping the songs regularly so keep looking. Some stuff might get me into trouble though!!!
I regulary play at Ilkeston Folk Club, which is at Stanton Institute every wednesday and The Borough Open mic in Ilkeston on the first monday of the month, also I've played at The Variety Club in Lenton, Raffles, Hotel Deux and White Lion in Nottingham, The Greyhound in Beeston, and the Five Lamps in Derby, I've also been playing a few gigs around the Ilkeston area including the Bottom End Bar, The Gallows Inn and the Football Ground and am looking for more so give us a message if you are interested.
