It was the beginning of autumn of 2005. The day before playing a new concert under "Lose" name musicians chose a band name "Cry Baby". At that moment the band included Carlos (vocals), Demonazzz (lead guitar), Frost (drums), and Anton Kvasov (bass). They had 10 songs on the play-list and half a year playing together. Those were the guys to perform in public.
Right after their first performance Anton left the band on some reason. Bass player position was vacant… At that moment Tanya who just came back from her trip from the States took an offer to start playing and become a part of the band. Since then bass became charming and sounded new. The band started to play in a refreshed union. And a few months later in the beginning of 2006 creating more and more new songs made them ready to release a full album.
In winter and spring they played in local clubs where their live image and sound were formed. Cry Baby band, including Carlos, Demonazzz, Frost and Tanya set up for recording their first album. In 2006 the album was recorded. The only thing to do was to release it. Meanwhile Demonazzz and Tanya took summer vacations "to conquer" America in a way and Carlos left for southern capital… That time they all used the time to accumulate new experience and impressions. In spite of so many kilometers between them they were still ready to discuss their plans for future life and music.
By the end of the year they came back to Karaganda. In winter 2007 the band resumed rehearsals realizing brand-new songs and ideas. Together with creating new they played old songs during live concerts. In a number of local TV channels there were programs showing Cry Baby. One of their first concert video was being rotated during a few months. In spring they gave a few concerts on local stages. The band's decision was to spend that summer playing as many concerts outside their own city as possible.
At the same time album was getting ready to be released and published in Almaty. These four represented their debut album called "Cry Baby". As it had been planned before that summer was full of concerts: performances in Astana, Pavlodar, the first national bike festival in Balkhash lake and an august festival in Almaty. On the 12th of August they presented their new CD in Karaganda club "The 5th corner". This completely unforgettable performance, rejoicing their fans, became kind of a professional report and start line on the way to something new.
Due to internet (all tracks from this album are available in the net) the album is being spread along the world and finds new fans in different places all over the world. A few of their songs got into the most popular radio stations' rotation. Cry Baby is constantly playing, writing more new Russian songs. Official site of the band started.
